About the job Assistant Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
• Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
• Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Work with the production team to implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production operations and status.
• Manage production budgets and maintain cost control while ensuring the production of high-quality products.
• Help to train, supervise and motivate employees and manage schedules to meet production goals.
• Liaise with other departments such as material & logistic, quality control and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree and above in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years and above of experience as Assistant Production Manager, or 5 years and above in management position, or relevant.
• Experience in PCB industry, PCB background is preferred.
• Proficiency of Mandarin is required, communicate with Mandarin speakers.
