Job description

Key Responsibility

The role is focus on line readiness, equipment & fixture validation, material flow alignment & strict adherence to standard work across Front end and Backend operations. It will also drive across functional coordination between Production, PIE, Quality, Supply Chain & Engineering to enable fast issue resolution, minimize yield loss & prevent cost leakage. With high customer visibility & tight timelines, this ownership is critical to achieve a stable, predictable & scalable ramp while protecting quality, delivery & customer confidences.

Job Requirement

• Strong operations background with proven experience in manufacturing start up & ramping environment. Ability to lead cross functional teams, drive process discipline & enforce standard work across Front end & Backend operations. Solid understanding of line readiness, equipment & fixture validation, BOM, material flow & cost control. Capable of fast problem solving, data driven decision making & managing high customer visibility program. Demonstrated leadership, clear communication & hands on execution mindset to ensure quality, delivery & yield targets are consistently achieved.
• Degree holder in a relevant program, Master degree is an added advantage
• More than 4 years of experience in managing operations

Job Responsibility

• Lead end to end operations, ensuring smooth production, quality, shift output, delivery & cost performance
• Manage ramp & NPI from HMLV to HVM, ensuring successful scale-up
• Oversee line readiness, equipment validation, material flow & standard work compliance
• Drive cross functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain & Engineering
• Manage rework processes to minimize yield loss & ensure product quality
• Lead a group of Cell Lead, Supervisors, Line Leader.
• Oversea production planning to meet delivery & customer commitments
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards
• Driven Kaizen, process improvement & implement Poka Yoke system fro operational excellence
• Manage people performance, audits and safety compliance
• Monitor key performance metrics & take corrective actions to meet business targets
