As an Assistant Pharmacist at Klinik Haiwan Healing Pets', you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this full-time position, you will be based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor clinic, working closely with our veterinary staff to ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting licensed pharmacists in the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Maintaining accurate patient medication records and inventory management
• Providing information and education to patients and their caregivers on the proper use and storage of medications
• Collaborating with the veterinary team to address any medication-related concerns or issues
• Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Completion of a recognised pharmacy assistant or technician program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and the veterinary team
