We are an established and fast-growing F&B group looking for a proactive and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and impactful marketing campaigns. This role is well-suited for a hands-on marketing professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is comfortable with both strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives.
  2. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and traditional channels.
  3. Coordinate and assist in photoshoots, video production, content editing, and basic graphic design to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  4. Prepare, design, and manage marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
  5. Support CRM initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  6. Work closely with internal teams (operations, outlets, management) and external vendors or agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  7. Track campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  8. Support social media advertising initiatives, including ad setup, performance tracking, and basic data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  9. Support ad-hoc marketing projects and operational needs as required.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves handling Chinese-language content.
  4. Hands‑on experience in photoshooting, video production and editing, basic graphic design, and CRM platforms.
  5. Hands‑on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu). Knowledge of Google Ads will be an added advantage.
  6. Strong project coordination, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support actionable marketing strategies.
  8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  9. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
