A leading furniture manufacturer in Selangor, Malaysia, is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement 360-degree marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, maintain the company's online presence, and support the sales team with brand education. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Business or Marketing and at least three years of experience in a managerial role.
Strategize total 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising and promotion plans encompassing online and offline channels to meet company’s objective and business growth.
Develop digital marketing and social media activities including content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads and etc.
Responsible in updating and maintaining company's website, social media app, mobile app to promote the company's product line, event and activities.
Ensure promotional and communication materials meet both internal and external requirements.
Monitor and respond towards market trend and competitors’ activities to ensure marketing plans implemented effectively.
Leading creative team for visual and creative works creation.
Liaise with the designers and copywriters for the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Working with agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines) and below-the-line (newsletters, posters, buntings).
Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful of marketing activities and campaign.
Support sales team members in terms of brand education, marketing direction, training and product education.
Work closely with the sales management team, from development to the effective implementation of marketing plans and measure outcomes.
Propose and monitor the marketing budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.
