We are a young, dynamic coffee roastery expanding our B2B marketing operations and looking for a Video-First Marketing Manager.
You'll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life by creating engaging short-form videos, compelling social media content, and professional visuals. Develop and execute a video first social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Conceptualise and storyboard video that aligns with brand identity and drives audience growth.
Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and campaign alignment.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Lead culturally relevant marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Collaborate with videographers, designers and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets (Video first strategy).
Plan and manage offline/online events (e.g., pop-ups, community engagements) to enhance brand visibility.
Handle end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
Leverage events for social media content and audience engagement.
Monitor KPIs (follower growth, engagement rates, conversion) and provide data-driven insights.
Prepare monthly reports for leadership, highlighting successes and improvement areas.
Adjust strategies based on analytics to maximize ROI.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Partner with external influencers, agencies, and vendors to amplify brand reach.
