Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd is looking for a tech-savvy and results‑driven Assistant Manager - Web Administrator & Digital Marketing (e‑Commerce) to lead the growth of our digital ecosystem. You will manage and optimize multiple brand websites (Buds Organics, Dr. Buds, Buddies, Iremia, Esmeria) and drive digital marketing strategies that convert visitors into loyal customers.

As we head into 2026, this role is evolving into a Customer Experience Strategist, bridging technical web administration and creative digital marketing. You will leverage AI tools and data insights to power social commerce and omni‑channel initiatives in the competitive skincare market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for all brand websites (Shopify/WooCommerce), ensuring product listing accuracy, pricing integrity, and seamless third‑party plugin integrations.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and optimize user journeys to improve site speed, rankings, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns aligned with e‑commerce and creative teams.
  • Set up funnel tracking structures and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable growth recommendations.
  • Implement AI tools to streamline content updates and merchandising.
  • Build and optimize membership point systems to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, IT, Digital Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in eCommerce operations and digital optimization (FMCG or personal care industry preferred).
  • Hands‑on expertise with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics; basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, data‑driven decision‑making, and social commerce trends (TikTok Shop, Shopee).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools to interpret consumer behavior and forecast sales trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor and team management.
