Assistant Manager / Senior Leasing & Project Executive

We are looking for a talented candidate and the role will be responsible for:

Responsibilities – Leasing

Manage end‑to‑end lease renewals and tenancy administration.

Prepare leasing proposals, rental analyses, and renewal justifications for management approval.

Negotiate rental terms, tenancy renewals, and lease conditions with landlords.

Support identifying potential expansion, relocation, and rental savings opportunities and conduct site evaluations based on brand requirements.

Secure atrium, pop‑up, and promotional spaces to drive short‑term sales.

Monitor lease expiry schedules and ensure timely renewal or exit planning.

Maintain accurate lease records and coordinate with Legal for Tenancy Agreement execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, and property agents.

Manage communication with landlords on rental revisions, GTO reporting, and payment‑related matters.

Collaborate with Project team on renovation timelines and store readiness for opening.

Work closely with Finance on rental payment processing and budgeting.

Responsibilities – Project (ad‑hoc)

Coordinate renovation, reinstatement, and new store fit‑out projects from planning to handover.

Prepare project budgets and ensure completion within timeline and cost.

Liaise with mall fit‑out crispy for design submission and approval.

Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and compliance with brand standards.ælp>

Track CAPEX spending and provide หรือ status reports to management.

Qualifications

Possess a professional certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in real estate or property management, or an equivalent role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
