Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales planning strategies to meet the company's sales targets
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management
• Identifying and addressing any challenges or obstacles impacting sales performance
• Providing support and guidance to the sales team to enhance their productivity and effectiveness
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities
