A leading property development company in Penang is seeking an Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing. The role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and handling CRM tools. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and 5-6 years of relevant experience in the property sector. Knowledge of the property development process and familiarity with the IFCA system are advantageous.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and brand positioning to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Support the coordination and rollout of marketing campaigns, launches, events, and preparation of all related marketing materials.
Assist in executing digital marketing activities and managing CRM tools to support lead generation, tracking, and nurturing efforts.
Support market research and competitor analysis to help refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing narratives.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and alignment with project timelines.
Assist in handling regulatory requirements including APDL applications and ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant guidelines.
Assist in preparing marketing content and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Handle marketing documentation, procurement processes, and provide support to the sales team during events, launches, and weekend duties when required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5-6 years of working experience in sales and marketing within the property development industry.
Knowledge of the property development process.
Experience in sales and marketing for property will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with IFCA system is an added advantage.
