A leading chemical manufacturer is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales / Executive Sales to manage the Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring industry trends, conducting customer visits, and leading sales reviews. JOB PURPOSE
To manage and guide the Sales & Marketing team under purview, ensuring the appropriate coverage of current customer / Execute sales activities, maintain customer relationships and identify business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and profitability.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions through customer engagement and competitor analysis to support effective pricing strategies.
Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, promote products, and expand business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and agents to understand their needs and business goals.
Lead regular sales reviews with team members to evaluate performance and adjust strategies to achieve target.
Communicate and implement sales strategies and ensure management is informed on the progress.
