Job Description
  • Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved in compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL, KOSHER, SEDEX, RSPO, MSPO, OHSAS, and EMS.
  • Maintain all QMS‑related certifications by ensuring ongoing compliance with requirements set by Certification Bodies.
  • Provide regular reports on QMS performance to top management as a foundation for continual improvement initiatives.
  • Promote and enhance QMS awareness and understanding across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders on QMS‑related matters, including customer complaints and formal declarations.
  • Manage and respond to internal and external communications related to QMS, including the handling of questionnaires and information requests.
  • Coordinate Management Review meetings and work closely with internal auditors to plan and support internal audit activities.
  • Interface with Certification Bodies for audit planning, certification, and surveillance assessments.
  • Lead the development and implementation of QMS objectives, targets, and management programs.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness and progress of QMS‑related activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct QMS awareness training sessions for new employees during onboarding.
  • Coordinate and oversee all RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) and MSPO (Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil) compliance matters.
  • Manage pest control and hygiene‑related issues in alignment with regulatory and certification requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as Certified Lead Auditor, Registered Chemist, or Registered Food Analyst are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process‑based environment is highly desirable.
