Job Summary

To implement pricing strategies to support financial decision-making across Hospital Picaso’s corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the pricing team in price reviews and hospital pricing analysis.
  • Lead market intelligence analysis from time to time to ensure pricing remains competitive.
  • Review hospital pricing policies and formulate pricing structures for the delivery of healthcare services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with pricing policies and appropriate control measures.
  • Propose workflow and process improvements for the pricing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of working experience in a management or team leader role, preferably in a financial or pricing-related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the healthcare-related field would be an added advantage.
