Job Description
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all the estate activities including land development, cost management, worker management, planting practices and procedures, system and method, maintenance, harvesting, replanting, production FFB, administration, and personnel.
  • Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and company’s requirement.
  • To prepare estate daily FFB backlog report, crop report & estate monthly executive summary inclusive RC report, weekly report, KPI/KRA, running account comment, monthly labour requirement for the year and yearly budget.
  • To prepare RSPO, MSPO, ISCC related document, contract agreement and any related payment.
  • To plan and monitor the existing and future development of the estate production, manpower planning, and quality control.
  • To carry out others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
