Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, responsible for coordinating clinical case reviews, administrative support, doctor recruitment, and quality improvement initiatives.
Clinical Governance & Clinical Review
- Collaborate with stakeholders on clinical governance processes according to statutory and accreditation requirements.
- Conduct clinical case reviews.
Coordination and support for meetings
- Coordinate the clinical governance meetings (i.e., MDAC, Division Meeting, Sub-Division Meeting, etc) by ensuring the necessary logistic arrangements are made prior to the meeting, memos/reminders are sent out to doctors, and relevant meeting documents are well prepared before the meeting.
- Assist in taking and distributing minutes of meetings and ensuring proper record keeping of minutes of meetings in the division.
Administrative Support
- Manage all documents in the division by ensuring a systematic filing system, filing documents are kept updated, monitoring, and keeping track of the movement of documents/files in the division.
- Archive documents for future reference and ensure updates and filing on relevant doctors\' practising documents, such as Annual Practising Certificate, Doctor Practising Certificate, CV, all doctors' Agreements, legal letters, Indemnity Coverage, etc.
- Attend to calls and inquiries from doctors and ensure they are resolved or routed to the relevant person or stakeholder.
- Draft and prepare memos/letters, and ensure confidential documents are kept locked.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing documents in the division. Complete processing of documentation/correspondence in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Other duties
- Coordinate with the Quality Resources department on the paperwork preparation and submission for the MOH license.
- Manage all relevant doctors’ databases and ensure all information is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure the credentialing & privileging of all doctors are completed/renewed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Management on ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when needed
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability collaborate effectively with medical professionals and stakeholders.
