JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive traffic, and achieve business objectives across the Southern Region.
  • Translate corporate goals into impactful regional marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand direction.

Marketing & Communications Excellence

  • Lead advertising, promotions, events, PR, and creative design to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective communication strategies across digital, social, and offline platforms that resonate with target audiences.

Partnerships & Business Development

Forge strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and alliances that amplify marketing impact and generate commercial value.

Collaborate closely with township and regional teams to develop integrated campaigns that support both mall and community initiatives.

Team Leadership & Operational Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong execution and continuous professional growth.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets, monitor performance through data insights, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic marketing or retail management, preferably in shopping malls or property industry.
  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, and partnership-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, team player and analytical abilities.
  • Willing to be based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
  • Ideally have some experience in retail or mall marketing, familiar with mall traffic drivers, tenant engagement, and retail trends.
  • Able to conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, events, PR).
  • Understands how to strengthen the mall’s brand identity and positioning in the regional market.
  • Hands‑on and accountable, must be willing to be on‑ground during events and campaign launches.
