As a Assistant Manager/ Manager - Strategic Buyer, you will play a vital role in:

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Management: Ensure achievement of objectives and KPIs, including savings targets; report on sourcing activities.
  • Plan-to-Strategy: Support category strategy development, provide local requirements, participate in working groups, and support implementation.
  • Source-to-Contract: Clarify sourcing requests, define strategies, manage RFX processes, supplier selection, contract creation, and monitor contract usage.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier registration, evaluate performance, create development plans, and conduct disqualification if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience as Strategic Buyer in CAPEX and MRO categories.
  • Strong negotiation and procurement skills with a proven track record.
  • Good communication skills, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and supplier management experience.
