Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales & Marketing (Property Developer)

This role will be responsible to oversee and manage all functions of the Sales and Marketing Department as assigned by superior.

Your responsibilities will be:

Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies and plans by providing strategic and tactical direction besides creating a niche in the market place and the overall management of sales and marketing functions of the OSK Property Group (“the Group”).

Identify new business opportunities and ensure feasibility studies are carried out, provide reliable and sound analysis, reports and recommendations on your market intelligence, findings and information of other project development activities that may be in relation to the Group’s business activities.

Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve the Group’s sales targets / objective and profitability.

Develop, plan and ensure effective implementation of advertising, promotions, campaigns and public relations activities to achieve aggressive targets.

Ensure the setting up of proper, safe and sound operational procedures, policies and guidelines.

Ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory programme and competent system of internal controls.

Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in property industry.
