Job summary

A financial services company located in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced individual to prepare full sets of monthly financial statements and oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, and at least three years of experience managing full set accounts. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. This is a full-time role with a commitment to deadlines and a strong focus on financial compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent required.
  • At least three financial year-ends of experience handling full set accounts.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of monthly financial statements for multiple companies.
  • Oversee cash flow and financial operations including invoicing and payments.
  • Produce financial reports on budgets, expenses, and capital expenditures.

Job description

Preparation of full set monthly financial statements for a group of companies with common shareholders.

Perform day-to-day financial operations within the companies
(Invoicing, payments, E‑Invoice submission and other accounting transactions)

Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.

Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, operational & financial expenses, capital expenditure, etc.

Create key financial performance indicators & ratio analytics for existing business.

Improve and manage company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, insurance and other financial needs.

Build financial model and its key financial indicators for new business venture.

Contribute financial information to the project bidding and quotation.

Ensure the businesses meet all statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting, audit and tax.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate has at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least three (3) financial year‑ends of experience handling full set accounts.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Written & Spoken).
  • Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, committed, and respects deadlines.
  • Self‑discipline and able to work independently.
  • Applicant shall be based in USJ Subang Jaya, Selangor.
  • Five (5) working days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
