Job Description
If you are experienced in:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, letters, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all documents meet legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice on contract-related matters.
  • Respond to internal legal queries with timely and accurate guidance.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support decision‑making and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Lead and support strategic departmental initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and process improvements.
  • Develop, review, and implement new legal policies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
  • Draft and formulate responses to Letters of Demand and other pre‑litigation correspondence.
  • Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and case management.
  • Assist in case preparation, evidence gathering, and evaluating litigation risks.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law.
  • Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in the legal field.
