Responsibilities
  • Commercial Planning & Analysis
    • Support the development of annual commercial plans, revenue forecasts, and performance targets.
    • Conduct data analysis on sales, volume, GP/GR, pipelines, sales activities, commercial dashboards, KPI reports.
    • Monitor business performance to identify risks, growth opportunities, and customer trends, commercial governance.
  • National CRM Admin (Dynamics) Responsibilities
    • Onboarding and training new users on the Dynamics system.
    • Providing ongoing local user support and managing local change/adoption.
    • Ensuring data quality and acting as a liaison with the global CRM team.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the MD, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (when required).
    • Prepare reports, briefing materials, and documentation required by the MD (when required).
    • Assist with communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in commercial planning, analytics, CRM administration (Dynamics preferred), or executive support roles.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics skills (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
