A dedicated and capable Assistant Manager to lead our in-house IT support team and oversee infrastructure modernisation initiativesincluding cloud or hybrid upgrades of the office automation systems.

This role blends technical leadership, hands‑on support, and project management—ideal for someone ready to grow and contribute to the future of IT in the organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead daily IT support operations for end users across hardware, software, and network services.

Manage Active Directory, user account setup, file sharing, printing systems, and endpoint security.

Evaluate vendor proposals to modernise our legacy infrastructure (e.g. email, directory, storage) using cloud or hybrid technologies.

Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance across environments.

Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and licensing schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.

Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in IT support and infrastructure operations.

Proficiency in
  • Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory & Exchange
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Cloud or hybrid infrastructure (Azure preferred)
