JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assist with HR functions in the company and provide guidance and advice to the management of the best HR practices.
  • Upkeep of the company’s job description, orientation programs, training programs, employment contracts, etc., and keep employees updated on the necessary information.
  • Assist manager with the recruitment process.
  • Develop adequate induction and training programs for the employee.
  • Nurture a positive working and progressive result-oriented working environment.
  • Liaise with a government agency and statutory bodies in the foreign worker recruitment process and manage foreign worker’s welfare.
  • Dealing and responsible with employee’s disciplinary issues, industrial relations, domestic inquiries, and periodic appraisals.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Uphold information that is confidential.
  • Manage the company’s team-building events and activities.
  • Ensure payroll is done accurately and timely.
  • Perform duties in compliance with Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rules and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.
  • Perform other tasks and works as and when required.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
