Responsibilities

To develop, manage, and deliver effective internal communication content that enhances employee engagement, strengthens organisational culture, and supports HR initiatives across the company.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, HR communication, or content creation
  • Experience managing intranet platforms, internal announcements, newsletters, or employee campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Canva, email marketing tools) is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate communication projects from planning to execution
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging messages for staff at all levels
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Skilled in creating employee-focused content, storytelling, and driving engagement initiatives
