This position involves supporting the Finance team by managing and prioritizing projects to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, engaging with stakeholders beyond the Finance Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of finance processes with other departments.
Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, insights, and ideas from the finance team.
Identify inefficiencies and propose initiatives for process improvement.
Analyze processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction, working closely with the Finance team.
Design and implement process improvements, including standardizing workflows, streamlining procedures, and automating repetitive tasks.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements by collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for further optimization.
Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and training materials to ensure consistent and efficient execution of finance tasks.
Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes, tools, and technologies to enhance performance and productivity.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Hands‑on experience in process improvement or project management, with a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects under pressure, including managing unexpected and varied demands.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key areas for improvement.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and data analysis tools.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships with peers and senior stakeholders.
A strong understanding of finance processes and workflows as advantageous.
Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proactive and self‑motivated, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and learning.
