Assistant / Manager, Finance - Shared Services (Healthcare Industry)

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, proven leadership experience, and a strategic mindset. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Southeast Asia region, while leading a small team and partnering with senior stakeholders to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the SEA region.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.
2. Management & Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance operations.
3. Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support commercial initiatives and optimize profitability.
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior management.
4. Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and internal controls.
  • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
