  • Safeguard facility reliability and operational continuity by supporting preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to plan and deliver new facility setups or expansion projects, ensuring completion timelines are fully aligned with customer commitments and operational readiness requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary contractor engagement, including pre‑kick‑off coordination meetings, to ensure seamless execution, clear accountability, and smooth end‑to‑end project flow for all facility setup and expansion initiatives.
  • Drive proactive project risk management by conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) during the planning phase of new facility or expansion projects, identifying potential failure points early and implementing mitigation actions to minimize execution and operational risks.
  • Safeguard facility reliability and operational continuity by supporting preventive maintenance, infrastructure health, and equipment readiness, with a strong focus on ensuring optimal facility well‑being and achieving zero unplanned downtime.
