Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and statutory forms/documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
  • Compile meeting papers for Board, Committee, and shareholders' meetings, including attending meetings and drafting minutes.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers and corporate documents.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors and internal departments.
  • Support corporate exercises, including share issuance, restructuring and other governance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and advice on company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Preferably a Member of MAICSA/ICSA; alternatively, a Licensed Company Secretary registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a listed company or corporate secretarial firm.
  • Sound knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other statutory regulations.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines, with a positive working attitude.
