Position Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Execution
Partner Channel (3PL & Malls)
- Developand execute joint marketing plans with 3PL (GrabFood, ShopeeFood,FoodPanda) and mall partners.
- SecureA&P placements, seasonal campaigns, and joint activations to drivevisibility and sales.
- Monitorcampaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Retail Channel (ZUS Outlets & POSMs)
- Leadin-store marketing and POSM deployment across all ZUS outlets.
- Align withOps and Design teams to ensure timely rollouts, visual consistency, andcampaign relevance.
- Identifyoutlet-level opportunities for localized campaigns.
Offline Channel (Billboards, Mobile Trucks, Events)
- Overseeexecution of OOH assets: billboards, digital screens, mobile trucks, etc.
- Plan andmanage brand events, pop-ups, and community activations.
- Work withmedia agencies to ensure efficient placements and maximize reach.
- Manageand coach a team of 3, providing cleardirection, support, and performance feedback.
- Delegatetasks effectively, ensuring ownership and accountability across teammembers.
- Foster acollaborative, growth-driven team culture in line with ZUS values.
People Leadership
