We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the role of Assistant Manager Business Development.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Implementation and execution to ensure the growth of Premier segment
  • Organize networking events and partnership events to identify and develop relationships with potential prospects
  • Deepen relationships with clients, including pitching and keeping clients updated on the latest propositions
  • Identify potential LGs and onboard them in the referral programme to expand business opportunities
  • Execute strategic plans to maximize growth of the affluent segment through collaboration with internal sales teams to identify potential corporate clients to explore business opportunities
  • Establish contact with company HR or decision‑makers to expand acquisition opportunities (e.g., arrange roadshows at the corporate office and coordinate with internal sales team for roadshow support)
  • Act as key presenter in delivering the bank’s proposition at key events and provide the right level of support, including product briefings to customers in partnership with team members
Qualifications
  • University Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, partnership events or customer acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong networking, communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills during roadshows or events
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
