About You
You will be responsible for the administrative and operational matters at your designated Experience Center, reporting directly to the Branch Manager and with a dotted line to the Country Retail Operations. Your accountability includes managing your direct reports, namely the Branch Support Admin (BSA), and supporting the retail operations of the Experience Centers.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop strategies and action plans for improving branch operation processes.
- Track customer orders with CARSOME Consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure bookings (both online and offline) result in delivery.
- Monitor and track activities from loan application processing to disbursement.
- Train and develop Branch Support Admins to perform their tasks efficiently, meeting TAT and SLA standards.
- Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries made by BSA.
- Liaise on fleet movements for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
- Follow up with Marketing Officers from FI/Banks regarding loan submission statuses, including disbursements.
- Handle cash payments via credit or debit cards, ensuring proper bank settlements.
- Ensure retail operations adhere to SOPs.
- Regulate CMS processes according to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Prepare PR/PO documents for vendor invoices and dispatch to the Finance Department.
- Co-manage petty cash, capturing expenses and reimbursements.
- Encourage automation in loan submissions via banks’ e-dealers/e-portals.
- Track usage of vouchers and CMS discounts.
- Perform electronic auto transfers for ownership transfers when needed.
- Produce timely and accurate reports required by management.
- Participate in other company activities as assigned.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and support team members effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
