We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Assistant Manager to join our team at AR Furniture Marketing Sdn Bhd in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full‑time Factory Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity and quality standards are maintained.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing all production activities and processes to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Monitor and optimise production workflow, identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximise output.
  • Oversee quality control measures and ensure products meet the required specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Analyse production data, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Liaise with other departments, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Diploma or degree in Operations Management, or a related field.
