A leading hospitality establishment in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure quality service. Candidates should have a diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach. Responsible in overseeing and supervising the daily Front Office workflow.
Preserving the standards, quality service and good order of the house.
Anticipating guest needs and handle guest complaints / feedback
Assist & delighting customers upon check-in / check-out.
Assist in supervising hotel activities as and when requested.
Review, analyse and suggest improvement or work flow and standards at the Front Desk
Ensure effective communication within the Front Office staff with all other departments.
Assist admin officer to complete daily clerical works such like OTA reservation reconciliation.
OTA follow-up work like reservation cancellation & payment checking.
Night audit checking, compiling several admin report & admin filing works.

Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Tourism Management/Any Field with 3 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Front Office Supervisor/Guest Service Officer OR
SPM holder with 4 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience as Front Office Supervisor/ Guest Service Officer
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Good working knowledge of computer software applications.
Customer-centric with strong leadership and organizing skills.
