Assistant Leasing Manager/ Senior Leasing Executive

Mayland Group of Companies – Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters for retails lots within the complex / properties.

Manage strategic planning, lease negotiations, prepare monthly leasing reports and perform analysis of market performance.

To optimise occupancy rate for the mall.

To ensure successful leasing of retail, F&B, services, etc aligning with the commercial terms set in leasing budget.

Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues soonest possible in interest for betterment of the mall.

To work closely with Finance, Legal, Operation, M&E and Fit‑Out department to ensure tenants comply with mall's standard requirement.

To monitor and analyse tenant mix from time to time and take necessary step to improve tenant mix whenever needs.

To monitor closely on rental income collection from all tenants.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years' working experience in retail leasing.

Good interpersonal and managerial skills.

Excellent contacts of retailers.

Excellent communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in other languages will be advantage.
