• Handle Customs Clearance at all Royal Malaysian Customs Office branches.
• Attend to Customs Queries and notify the Coordinator/Customer Service.
• Check and validate shipment status via ALDEC system.

Job description

Assistant - Land Transport, Field Service

Handling Customs Clearance at all Royal Malaysian Customs Office branches.

Attend to Customs Query if any and notify Coordinator, Customer Service and escalated to his Superior if unsolved.

To attend shipment Examination if any instruction given by Customs Officer.

Attend to Truck Endorsement (truck sealing) for K8 shipment.

Check and validate the shipment status via ALDEC system before handover custom form to respective department i.e.: Air Freight Department, Ocean Freight Department and Logistics Department.

Collect Cheque from Finance Department after received notification from related department either for customs duty shipment or customs compound.

Accept any other job responsibilities if assign by Superior.

Job Specification
