Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document IT resolutions, procedures, diagrams and layout for future reference.
• Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues.
• Set strategy for IT operations including backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Implement preventive solutions and arrange user-training programs.
• Participate in IT audits and business-related certificates reviews.
• Lead incident response for IT security infrastructure components.

We're looking to add an IT Assistant Manager in Taiping, Perak to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support IT infrastructure staff in their daily tasks and projects
• Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects for corporate IT and manufacturing IT, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
• Oversee server, network, contracts, vendors, and data communication equipment administration, including MS-based servers/services, network security, EDR, firewall, routers, switches, etc.
• Ensure uptime of IT services to keep the business running
• Evaluate, recommend and improve IT infrastructure services
• Develop, review and update IT policies, processes and standards
• Document IT resolutions, procedures, diagrams and layout for future reference
• Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues
