Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support IT infrastructure staffs in their daily tasks and projects
• Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects for corporate IT and manufacturing IT, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
• Oversee server, network, contracts, vendors, data communication equipment administration, including MS-based servers/services, network security, EDR, firewall, router, switches etc
• Ensure uptime of IT services to keep the business running
• Evaluate, recommend and improve IT infrastructure services
• Develop, review and update IT policies, processes and standards
• Document IT resolutions, procedures, diagram and layout for future reference
• Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues
• Setting strategy for IT operations including backup and DR plans
• Implement preventive solutions and arrange user-training programs
• Participate in IT audits and business related certificates review
• Lead incident response for IT security infrastructure components
• Support in internal reporting and authority reporting when necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in IT
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management
• Very good knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework and technologies
• Proven track record of implementing IT security policies and procedures at a senior level.
