What a typical day looks like
  • Builds HR process management system, sort out GBS HR core business processes, establishes a unified service process and operation specification. Continuous update and optimization of SOP and SLA and monitor the process execution under operational metrics adhered to the standard operating procedures, in compliance with the Service Level Acceptance.
  • Provides effective tools and methods for new processes transfer, standardization, and services integration into GBS HR, seeking for an integrated transformation.
  • Improves service efficiency and partner satisfaction through standardization, informatization and digitalization.
  • Coordinate with HRBP and COE to ensure delivery of additional HR Resources, such as Organization Development, Talent Management, and Compensation to diagnose, develop and deliver timely, comprehensive, and relevant solutions to the business. As well as research, and audit the cases received though our different contact channels to keep our KPIs on compliance with our established goals.
  • Drives lean culture: Continuous improvement of HR processes and efficiency methodology, RPA and IT Automation initiatives within the Team which will result on automations and standardization of processes and productivity, interacting with different teams on improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management suggests and research alternative HR solutions in daily operations of the team members who solve cases and review of escalations when required. Maintain a highly contributes relationship with HRBPs, COEs and other departments and sites.
  • Participates with HRBPs and COEs on frequent programs such as Annual Reflection, Goal Setting, Profit Divided, Open Enrollment, and other events when requested
The experience we’re looking to add to our team
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management.
  • HR Full functions experience like TA, TM, HR BP and TR is preferred
