Job Description

• Assist in implementing the HSE management system aligned with Corporate HSE , ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identification and risk at work areas.
• Assist in investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support the HSE team withbasic administrative tasks, such as updating checklists, logging audit findings, and organizing training records.
• Support monitoring of safety rules, signs, and housekeeping standards, reporting any deviations for corrective action.
• Assist and communicate with line operators and production staff to help identify and prevent potential hazards.
• Support HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• To support for HSE improvement projects, such as organizing awareness campaigns or minor workplace safety enhancements.
• Support environmental initiatives such as waste management and sustainability programs.
• Promote positive safety culture among all factory personnel and contractors.
• Perform other safety-related duties as assigned by the HSE Officer or Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Safety & Health, Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment and additional safety-related certifications are an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants with knowledge in ISO 1401, ISO 4501 Management system certificationswill be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of occupational safety practices and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EQA)
• Able to work independently and as part of the team
• Good observation skills, with attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
• Willing to be hands‑on and present on the production floor daily.
