Responsibilities

• Support in daily operations and strategic HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports to support business decisions.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Manage Trade Union matters and grievances.
• Manage employee relations, conflicts and discipline.
• Handle accurate payroll and statutory compliance.
• Administer compensation, benefits and appraisals.
• Support employee training and development programs.
• Provide HR operational support across APAC branches.
