YOUMILIER is a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand specializing in stylish, trend-driven apparel with a strong focus on live selling. We believe in building a passionate, engaging, and energetic team that brings our brand to life on every platform.

We are now looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can focus fully on attracting and hiring top-performing Live Hosts to boost our online sales presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Live Host positions â from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, influencer networks, and community platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates not only on skill but also on personality, energy, and brand fit for live streaming.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential live hosts for future recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate trial live sessions with shortlisted candidates to assess their on-camera performance.
  • Collaborate with the HR and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1â2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or influencer/entertainment casting (E-commerce/Fashion/Media experience is an advantage).
  • Strong ability to source candidates creatively via TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and relevant communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and convince talent.
  • Keen eye for spotting charismatic personalities suitable for live selling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of live commerce and e-commerce industry trends.
