A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and manage customer accounts in Malaysia. Responsibilities include ensuring targets are met, resolving customer issues, and implementing corporate sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak local dialects. Ensure growth aspirations (targets) as set by company are achieved.
Responsible for opening, registering and validating an account for qualified customers under the Corporate/Fleet Sales Program.
Participates in the formulation and implementation of Auto Bavaria corporate/fleet strategy.
Resolving any customer issues relating to all service levels (sales + aftersales).
Ensure full responsibility and personal involvement when dealing with diplomatic sales.
Reviewing, supporting and overseeing the document submission to Principal.
Manage the implementation process to ensure all required documentations are completed, sales transactions are executed as per the given prices and policies and timely submission of Corporate Sales claims to Principal. by the respective branches.
Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.
Able to communicate at all levels and able to speak the local dialects.
Strong knowledge of the product and service offered by Auto Bavaria.
