Job description

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.

Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor quality performance and drive improvements.

Oversee internal audits, external audits, and customer audits; ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collaborate with production, engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the value chain.

Manage supplier quality performance and ensure incoming materials meet specifications.

Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Report regularly to top management on quality performance, risks, and improvement plans.

Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and financial models for new projects.
Product Development
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
  • Define product roadmaps, specifications, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards for all products.
