We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across Administration, Human Resources, Finance, and IT, supporting a professional and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Administrative Management
- Oversee overall site operations and office administration
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters, landlords, vendors, and service providers
- Manage facilities, office services, and general administration
Human Resources (HR) Operations
- Support HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies
- Partner with regional and global HR teams on people-related initiatives
Finance & Cost Management
- Manage site budgets, operating expenses, and cost controls
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing, payments, expense claims, and audits
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and documentation standards
IT & Systems Coordination
- Oversee site IT operations including systems access, hardware, and user support
- Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability and cybersecurity compliance
- Support rollout and adoption of enterprise systems
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure site operations comply with corporate governance, data protection, and regulatory standards
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Drive a culture of professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR, or related fields
- 8–12 years of experience in site management, office management, or multi-function operations roles
- Experience in a regulated or structured corporate environment preferred
- Solid understanding of HR administration, finance operations, and IT coordination
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
