Required Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn and grow into an SME role and broaden into project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Support
  • Participate in all process mapping sessions (As-Is and To-Be) conducted by both the internal process mapping team and vendor, ensuring awareness and understanding of the processes mapped. Contribute by providing input and feedback based on knowledge and experience to support the accuracy and practicality of the documented processes.
  • Coordinate workshops, training, and testing activities across departments.
  • Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Prepare reports, user guides, and training materials for review.
  • Support data preparation, validation, and migration activities.
B. ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ERP system functionalities and modules relevant to ASSB.
  • Act as a first-line subject matter support for Key Users once the system goes live, providing guidance and solutions when they encounter challenges, and escalating unresolved issues to the ERP Business Project Lead or vendor as needed.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and refreshers for Key Users.
  • Help troubleshoot issues raised by Key Users, document resolutions, and ensure knowledge is shared back to the wider team.
  • Work with departments to identify improvement opportunities in processes and ERP usage.
C. Change Management & User Adoption
  • Support communication of ERP changes and ensure staff are aware of new processes.
  • Encourage Key Users to champion ERP adoption by providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
  • Collect feedback from Key Users to improve training and system usage post-implementation.
D. Continuous Improvement & Future Projects
  • After go-live, serve as a functional reference point for ERP usage in daily operations.
  • Participate in ongoing system enhancement projects, updates, or audits.
  • Support other IT project management activities within the organization beyond ERP, including cross-departmental improvement initiatives, IT system implementations and support, or transformation projects as assigned.
