• Assist in carrying out troubleshooting tasks and preventive maintenance for QA/QC scientific instruments.

• Prepare all necessary work before visiting the customer’s site.
• Organize stocks/parts and manage deliveries within Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and NS area.
• Support staff with day‑to‑day operations.
