A leading property development company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to issue Official Receipts and manage billing activities. The ideal applicant should hold a diploma in any discipline and possess experience in billing and credit administration, preferably in a property development context. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, along with good interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for this role. Opportunities to assist in various administrative tasks will also be provided.
Prompt issuance of Official Receipts on a daily basis.
File and maintain printed Official Receipts.
Prepare and send billings/invoices to customers.
Coordinate with dispatch related courier, postage, stamp duty, company secretary, common seal of the documents.
To assist in photostatting and filling of agreements and other documents within the department.
To implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Experience in issuing Official Receipts and billing.
Credit admin experience in Property Developer company will be an added advantage.
Computer Literate, i.e. Microsoft Office, Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
