We simplify complex financial services through technology - from custom APIs to advanced data systems - enabling seamless access for users who previously found financial products difficult to understand.

As BJAK continues expanding in Malaysia and across the region, we are looking for an Assistant Creative Director to support creative leadership, drive strong campaign ideas, and ensure high-quality creative execution across brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development
  • Support the development of creative strategies aligned with BJAK's brand and business objectives.
  • Translate brand positioning and insights into strong creative concepts and storytelling.
  • Contribute ideas for integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and product touchpoints.
2. Campaign Execution & Creative Quality
  • Lead day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure creative outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver effective creative.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
  • Support campaign planning and execution with clear creative direction and feedback.
  • Help align messaging and visuals across channels for consistency and impact.
4. Team Support & Mentorship
  • Guide and mentor junior creative team members to elevate output quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support creative problem‑solving.
  • Assist the Creative Director in managing workloads and priorities.
5. Brand Stewardship
  • Maintain and protect BJAK's brand identity, tone, and visual language across all materials.
  • Ensure consistency across digital, offline, and campaign executions.
  • Support the evolution of brand guidelines as BJAK scales regionally.
6. Performance Review & Optimization
  • Review campaign and creative performance and suggest improvements.
  • Balance creative ideas with performance and conversion‑focused execution.
  • Adapt creative approaches based on data, insights, and audience behaviour.
