ATFM Programme Planning & Workshops (All Intakes)
  • Planning & Logistics: Assist with planning and logistics, including booking venues, setting up Zoom links, scheduling workshop dates, and preparing workshop timelines.
  • Invite and confirm speakers and mentors for each session.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting program notices, CPD applications, and related documents for approval.
  • Send email announcements and reminders to trainees, mentors, and speakers.
Documentation & Records
  • Prepare attendance sheets and claims forms.
Research Module & Trainee Progress Monitoring
  • Maintain & update trainee progress data throughout the two-year ATFM programme.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking assignment submissions, KFP marking, video exam and examiner payments.
Certification & Completion (Upon Completion of Course)
  • Prepare both soft and hard copy ATFM completion certificates for trainees upon successful completion of the program.
  • Assist in verifying claims and honorarium requests.
  • Process mentor/examiner/module-writer payments.
  • Support the processing of approved payments and ensure fee tracking and documentation.
Other Related Tasks as/and when required
  • Assist in organising Academy workshops, events or exams as required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Administration, Education, Healthcare, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • SPM holder with at least 3 years related experience may be considered.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online platforms such as Zoom or Google Drive.
  • Experience in administrative support, academic programmes, training, or event coordination is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
