• Proactively identify and leverage publicity opportunities through various channels.
• Cultivate compelling media stories to bolster Grab Malaysia's leadership position.
• Forge and maintain strong ties with influential local media and KOLs.
• Navigate and mitigate reputational risks and manage responses to crises.
• Oversee PR agency activities according to the agreed communication plan.
• Analyze metrics to gauge the efficacy and impact of PR efforts.
